Washington Academy
Washington Academy is a coeducational boarding and day school for grades 9 through 12. Founded in 1792, the school is rich in history. It is also a place that welcomes new people and fresh ideas.
The Academy's mission is to provide "success for the individual", allowing you to be challenged by rigorous courses while exploring your own interests and potential. Our curriculum offers over 100 courses including Advanced Placement classes, performing arts, environmental science, computer studies, and even a unique program in boat building. The Academy also has personalized learning programs for students with learning differences and a full-time tutor to provide one-on-one help.
