The Center for English language and American Culture (CELAC) at the University of New Mexico (UNM) is designed for students who are planning to attend a university in the United States and for those students who wish to develop college level skills in listening, reading, writing, and speaking. Applicants must be at least eighteen years old and have a high school diploma.
