Ned Halimi, a former professional hairstylist, salon owner and cosmetology school manager, founded the Cosmetology and Spa Institute in Crystal Lake, Illinois. Ned\'s extensive background in cosmetology includes many advanced training classes taken at prestigious academies around the world, including the Vidal Sassoon Academy. His dynamic international experience is the foundation for the avant-garde cosmetology programs offered at our school.
