Saint Cloud State University
The Intensive English Center (IEC) at Saint Cloud State University (SCSU) began offering classes in the fall of 1997. It is designed to provide quality language instruction to international students who wish to improve their English language skills while learning about American culture and customs. Courses are offered at five levels from beginner to advanced and consist of 23 hours of instruction per week.
